Off-the-Shelf Industrial Air Conditioning

Standardized Units Designed for Long Life in

Harsh Industrial, Marine and Military Applications

These Features Are Standard for BSDE, Not Options:

  • To resist corrosion, all cabinets made of stainless-steel (type 316L) — up to 16 gauge.

  • Dust and sand pass through condensers and evaporators without clogging by spacing fins wide apart (no more than ten fins per inch).

  • Anti-corrosion epoxy coating (e-coat) electrostatically applied and baked onto every condenser and evaporator.

  • Full rated cooling capacity up to 131ºF (55C) — not just up to the normal 95ºF (35C) — and down to 32ºF (0C) without modification or electronic controls provided by low-maintenance patent-pending design (down to -40ºF/C as an option).

  • Mechanical controls only — eliminates vulnerability of electronics and their high cost to repair.

  • Motors corrosion-protected—totally enclosed and stainless-steel shafts.

  • Units have dry condensers fans do not throw water onto condensers in order to avoid the corrosion caused by mixing the water with corrosive gases and particles in the air.

  • Maintenance facilitated by easily-removed insert on slide-in tray, high and low-pressure cut outs, head-pressure controls, refrigerant access valves, isolation valves, accumulators and receivers.

  • Guaranteed replacement within 48 hours, at our expense, of any standard unit which fails.

  • If Your Air Conditioner Absolutely Must Work, We Have Units Waiting For You
